Virtual Currency & Compliance Notice

This Virtual Currency & Compliance Notice (the “Notice”) explains how Virtual Currency works within Nights on Wall Street and provides important disclosures. This Notice is incorporated into and forms part of the Terms & Conditions.

1) No Cash Value; No Redemption; No Withdrawals

1. Virtual Currency (points, credits, chips, tokens, coins, “S$,” balances, or similar) is for gameplay only.
2. Virtual Currency has no cash value.
3. No withdrawals, redemptions, conversions, exchanges, or cash-outs are offered.
4. Virtual Currency is not a deposit, stored-value account, security, investment, commodity, derivative, or financial instrument.

2) Virtual Currency Is a Limited License; Not Property

1. Virtual Currency is a limited, revocable license to use within the Service.
2. Virtual Currency is not your property and does not create ownership rights.
3. Virtual Currency may not be sold, transferred, gifted, traded, or exchanged outside the Service.

3) Adjustments, Resets, and Corrections

We may adjust, correct, rebalance, reset, revoke, expire, remove, or otherwise modify Virtual Currency balances and related records at any time to:

• Correct errors or malfunctions.
• Address suspected exploitation, cheating, automation, or fraud.
• Maintain fairness and integrity.
• Comply with law or enforcement requests.
• Protect the Service and users.

4) Purchases and Risk Controls (If Offered)

1. If Purchases provide Virtual Currency, they provide digital gameplay value only.
2. Credits may be delayed, held, rejected, reversed, or removed for disputes, chargebacks, mismatches, unauthorized payments, fraud signals, or policy violations.
3. Accounts may be restricted during investigation.

5) Responsible Use; Entertainment Disclosure

1. The Service is intended for entertainment.
2. Do not use the Service in ways that cause financial or behavioral harm.
3. If you feel you are losing control, stop using the Service and seek local support resources.

This Notice is governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, consistent with the Service Terms.
