This Billing, Refunds & Chargeback Policy (“Billing Policy”) explains how payments, top-ups, credits, disputes, refunds, and chargebacks work in the Service. This Billing Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Terms & Conditions.

1) Key Concepts

  1. The Service may allow Purchases for Virtual Currency or digital gameplay value.
  2. Purchases provide digital gameplay value only and do not represent deposits, stored value, or investments.

2) Eligibility for Purchases

  1. You must be at least 18 years old to make Purchases.
  2. You are responsible for ensuring Purchases are lawful in your jurisdiction.

3) Payment Processing

  1. Payments may be processed by third-party processors.
  2. You authorize charges for approved Purchases.
  3. We typically do not store full card numbers.

4) Pricing; Fees; Taxes

  1. Prices are displayed at checkout and may change at any time.
  2. Taxes may be added/included depending on location/configuration.
  3. Your bank/payment provider may charge additional fees.

5) Delivery and Timing

  1. Purchased value is usually credited after processor confirmation.
  2. Credits may be delayed by technical, processor, or verification issues.

6) Verification, Holds, and Fraud/Risk Controls

  1. We may apply holds, delays, limits, reversals, or account restrictions to protect users and the Service.
  2. We may do so for suspected fraud, unauthorized payments, policy violations, chargeback risk, or other risk signals.

7) Refund Policy

  1. Purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law.
  2. Digital gameplay value cannot be returned like physical goods.

8) Limited Refund Scenarios (Discretionary Where Permitted)

  1. We may consider refunds for confirmed duplicate charges, processor errors, or confirmed non-delivery that cannot be resolved.
  2. Any one-time exception does not create future obligation.

9) Billing Support Process

  1. Email sagetrading00@gmail.com with username, date/time, amount, and transaction ID/receipt.
  2. We may request additional verification details.
  3. We may deny requests that are incomplete, inconsistent, suspicious, abusive, or policy-violating.

10) Chargebacks and Disputes

  1. If you initiate a dispute or chargeback, we may restrict your account and remove related credits.
  2. Repeated disputes may result in termination.
  3. If a dispute resolves in our favor, restoration of credits is at our discretion.

11) Reversals and Negative Balances

  1. If a transaction is reversed/invalidated, we may remove associated credits.
  2. If spent credits are reversed, your balance may become negative and access may be restricted until resolved.

12) Promotions and Bonus Value

Promotional credits (if offered) may have conditions, may change, and may be revoked if issued in error or obtained through prohibited conduct.

13) Governing Law Note

This Billing Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, consistent with the Service Terms.

14) Changes to This Billing Policy

We may update this Billing Policy and will post a revised effective date.
